RETURNS POLICY
We will refund or exchange any full price item purchased on our website which you are not 100% satisfied with, provided that the item:
- is returned within 30 days of purchase
- is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: No refunds for change of mind.
Please note that sales items cannot be returned
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your product for a different size, send us an email at info@qualityequestrian.com and we will provide an address for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DELIVERY
You should expect to receive your order within 6 working days from payment being received if you live in New Zealand. Shipping 3-10 working days unless stated on rate selected at checkout.
